Are your furniture items handmade? What variations should I expect?
Yes. Most of our furniture is handcrafted using natural materials and traditional techniques.
Variations in grain, colour, texture, knots, or finish are normal and are not considered faults. Small irregularities or surface marks reflect the handmade nature and individuality of each piece.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges if I change my mind?
Please choose carefully — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on furniture or homewares.
If the item is faulty or arrives damaged, we will assist with repair, replacement, or store credit.

 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Once approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on stock availability.

What is your warranty on furniture?
Furniture items come with a 3–12 month limited warranty, depending on the piece.

The warranty covers structural integrity and manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

It does not cover natural variations, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care or handling.
