Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied due to an issue with the item, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note: Returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Any defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged through misuse will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@meentribe.com.au to initiate a return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send the item
  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Meen Tribe will cover the return postage.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@meentribe.com.au with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect selection
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, chocolates)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care items (e.g., candles, bath products, soaps)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the approved item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days or
  • A store credit may be issued (where applicable)

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@meentribe.com.au

Quality Note

Many of our products are handcrafted or made from natural materials. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are not considered defects and add to the unique charm of each Meen Tribe piece.

Please note that our Refund Policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
